Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and supporting IT operating systems for naval aviation maintenance and reporting tools, including troubleshooting issues, leading projects to develop new tech solutions, and ensuring everything meets project timelines and standards.

You will serve as an IT Specialist (Operating Systems) in the Command Operations Department, Applications Management Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrating the following: 1) Ensuring projects adhere to technical, environmental and architectural standards; 2) Coordinating requirements definitions scope and final delivery of products with sponsors, users and lead functionalists to clearly define requirements; 3) Conducting cost, schedule, quality, risk, communication and contract management for assigned projects; 4) Developing and managing project plans for complex system design projects through development, modification, maintenance and implementation; and 5) Ensuring all taskings are executed in full compliance with applicable Project Management Methodology and continuous Process Improvement procedures.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
