Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSUPT) in the FLEET IT SUPPORT SERVICES of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: This position requires a candidate with the ability to lead and motivate diverse technical teams in the planning and execution of complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tracking project cost, schedule, risk, and performance. Assessing and analyzing business needs, staffing requirements, and budget realities.
Effectively communicating with sponsors, customers, and leadership. Adapting to external influences and formulating strategies to align with organizational goals.
A working knowledge of Program Acquisition Management processes and project management tools. The ability to articulate ideas convincingly and negotiate with internal and external groups.
