Entry salary: $62,107 | Full performance (GS-12): up to $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to handle IT purchases for the Navy, making sure customer needs for technology and services are met while following government rules.
You'll analyze requirements, improve business processes, and create guides to make things run smoother.

You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing business and customer requirements to manage projects, evaluate and develop funding plans, and provide guidance on technical issues impacting Information Technology material and service procurements for an organization.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
