Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage IT projects for the Navy and Coast Guard, focusing on keeping projects on budget, on time, and meeting performance goals while handling research, testing, and deployment.

You will serve as a IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) iin the role of IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead of 01C53 (USCG), within the 01C50 (FMS AIR INTEGRATION USCG) Division in the 01C00 (FLEET C41) Departmen of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: solving multifaceted complex problems related to cost / schedule / performance / resource management, building coalitions across agencies and within the command, communicating effectively (both oral and written), understanding and mentoring junior staff on program management, and understanding budgeting and fiscal responsibility in the DON or USCG.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
