Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Job Title: IT Data Management - Journey (Olympia) ETL Developer
Location: Thurston County – Olympia, Washington (this position is full-time Remote)

Salary: $7,31.00 - $9,900.00 Monthly
The Opportunity:Join DCYF’s Application Development team as a Journey ETL Developer, serving as a technical lead who designs, develops, and integrates data using SSIS solutions that power the agency’s mission-critical systems.
In this role, you’ll support complex legacy and modern applications, ensure reliable data integrations and integrity, set development standards, and provide strategic SQL guidance.
You’ll work closely with Application Development leadership, DevOps, Project Management, Testing, DBAs, Trainers, and Product Owners to maintain secure, stable operations and deliver new features that help DCYF programs serve Washington’s children, youth, and families.

Required Qualifications:Six (6) years of progressively more complex responsibility for Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, Database Management, analyzing, designing, or programming data systems, applications or databases in a large organization with 24/7 mission critical systems and complex regulatory, privacy and security requirements.
OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data management, information systems or related field AND four (4) years of progressively more complex responsibility for Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, Database Management, analyzing, designing, or programming data systems, applications or databases in a large organization with 24/7 mission-critical systems and complex regulatory, privacy and security requirements.
