Performs detailed design and documentation of proposed solutions' structure, database, use of services, and security architecture.
Presents the proposed solution to an internal review team and provides an estimate of development timeframe and resource requirements.
Works with agency business units to present the proposed solution and its approval process.

Working within a scrum-based team, implements new web-based solutions, performs cross-functional testing, and documents progress.
Validates the database design, any data conversion requirements, and application vulnerability testing.
Provides documentation on application configuration and administrative functions, as well as end user functionality.
Supports existing production solutions with issues and enhancement requests. Analyzes business requirements, revises existing system logic difficulties, and updates documentation.

Occasional participation in IT maintenance and training activities outside of normal business hours and/or location may require day travel.
