Responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst II:Perform operational support and serve as liaison between support technicians, system administrators and application vendors for escalated support issues.
Pro-actively monitor service desk ticketing system for repetitive endpoint issues and actively coordinate with the service desk and support technicians with implementing system wide solutions.
Assign tickets as needed to other team members.
Coordinate, compile, develop and maintain documented processes and procedures of implemented endpoint technologies.
Collaborate with service desk and support technicians to identify necessary and needed support documentation.
Ensure documentation and appropriate knowledge-base is current, accurate and usable for implemented endpoint technologies.
Operationally manage endpoint technologies ensuring all infrastructure, software and system configurations are maintained.
Actively monitor, research, elevate, schedule, and implement approved upgrades, patches and configuration changes. Follow proper change management policy and procedures for all maintenance.
Meet established deadlines and project schedules.
