  • Coordinate with vendors, WaTech, and statewide technical teams on ERP application patches, service packs, and version upgrades.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control, audit, and security requirements for financial system data.
One Washington / Workday Transition Support
  • Represent WSDA IT in all technical activities related to the One Washington Workday implementation and transition away from the current ERP application.
  • Identify and document all ERP application integrations, customizations, dependencies, scripts, and data flows that will be impacted by Workday adoption.

ERP application Replacement Planning and Migration Activities
  • Lead technical analysis, planning, and execution for the agency’s transition away from Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Document current-state Dynamics GP architecture, integrations, workflows, and data structures.
  • Work with Finance, IT leadership, and vendors to evaluate potential Dynamics GP replacement solutions.
  • Identify migration requirements, risks, and technical constraints.
  • Support procurement activities by providing technical input and requirements.
