Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves leading a team to integrate various Marine Corps weapons systems and programs, ensuring they work together efficiently to boost performance and resource use.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing engineering and scientific work associated with weapons systems; coordinating efforts to meet systems engineering policies and procedural requirements; providing recommendations and assessments for resource planning activities; AND leading the day-to-day work of subordinates assigned to a team.
