Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading the creation of policies, procedures, and plans for testing strategic weapon systems in the Navy, ensuring everything from development to certification runs smoothly.
It focuses on coordinating tests, engaging with external teams, and verifying that systems meet requirements.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as an Engineer leading across an organization the development/ establishment of policies, procedures and guidelines for system testing verification techniques and operations to verify system level requirements.
