Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing guidance or oversight to subordinates such as assigning work load, overseeing training requirements, or reviewing final work products; networking, partnering, or collaborating with a variety of civilian and/or military organizations to provide support in counter-drug operations; and supporting counter illicit trafficking operations and efforts such as overseeing resource requirements and/or contractual obligations; fostering partnerships with government and/or contractors; or participating in forums, conferences, and/or advisory groups.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS/GG-13).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
