Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing intelligence on advanced technologies, threats, and regional issues to support the Navy's air warfare programs, including creating reports and briefings for top leaders.
A good fit would be someone with deep experience in intelligence analysis, especially in military tech and air warfare, who can handle complex research and communicate findings clearly to executives.
It's ideal for a seasoned analyst ready to lead teams and influence high-level decisions.
You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade level responsible for the analysis and production of technical intelligence related to assigned areas, advanced and future technologies, and country/regional areas of concern in support of Naval air acquisition programs.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GS/GG-13). Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1.
Interpret, evaluate and integrate all-source intelligence and open source information into future top-level assessments. 2.
Apply advanced research methodologies and analytical techniques and/or collection management systems to complex work assignments. 3.
Prepare initiative reports and briefings for an executive level audience that demonstrate extensive and comprehensive air warfare analytical expertise. 4.
Provide advanced oral briefings and written communication conveying complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts.
