As an Insurance License Coordinator, you will be managing a complex licensing and education compliance program to ensure efficient processing of applications and adherence to federal and state regulations.
You will be responsible for providing oversight of daily operations, including setting priorities, monitoring workloads, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Work involves performing full supervisory duties to support accurate and timely licensure processing, while also coordinating with IT and vendors to resolve system issues and implementing enhancements.
Effective communication is essential as you will be interpreting and communicating laws and policies to staff, licensees, stakeholders, and the public. Additional responsibilities include:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
