As an Insurance Investigator 2, you will review and evaluate background information for license applicants and current licensees to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania insurance laws.
Work involves responding to inquiries from industry representatives and the public, managing investigative casework, and developing work plans to guide timely and thorough reviews.
You will also have the opportunity to analyze applications, renewal findings, and criminal history reports; conduct interviews; and prepare recommendations on licensing decisions and potential violations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
