Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST for the Navy Education and Training Command at the CENTER FOR SEABEES AND FACILITIES ENGINEERING. CENSEABEESFACENG.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Instructional System Specialist experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting analyses of occupational areas or jobs to determine requirements for instructional systems or development of training programs; 2) Applying instructional program evaluation theories and strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs; 3) Developing and revising instructional materials for courses or occupations; and 4) Developing objective tests and other instruments to measure student achievement.
