This role involves monitoring and analyzing potential insider threats within the Defense Intelligence Agency to protect national security, using research from various databases and making strategic recommendations.

Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2.
Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency. 3.
Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 4.
Utilizes a variety of classified and unclassified databases to conduct research regarding Officers whose behavior may pose an insider threat risk. 5.
Coordinates adjustments to schedules, tasks, and priorities when necessary. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Experience working in multiple disciplines to include security, counterintelligence, or investigations. 2.
Experience providing briefings to various types of audiences and tailoring information accordingly. Major Duties:
