Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/ENARCH) in the U.S. MARINE CORPS FORCES CENTRAL COMMAND of US MARINE CORPS FORCES, CENTRAL CMD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing the evaluation and integration of new technologies by developing policies and overseeing the organization's technology investment process.
Representing an organization in top-level meetings and collaborate with other enterprise personnel to advance strategic initiatives like Artificial Intelligence and Cloud storage.
Setting long-term goals, ensuring information security, and managing the implementation of new systems.
Overseeing a team, defining their training and development to ensure the workforce meets current and future mission requirements.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Policy and Standards Development, Technical Compliance, Security Auditing, Continuous Monitoring.
Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Needs Assessment and Training, Cross-Functional Project Management, Workforce Development, Collaborative Strategy.
