As a member of our Service Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring ITIL best practices are used to deliver high quality services in support of the Employment, Banking and Revenue Delivery Center (EBR DC) and its agencies and program areas.
We support the similar and shared IT infrastructure needs of the Labor and Industry, Revenue, State, Banking and Securities, and Insurance departments.

In this position, you will perform a variety of advanced technical tasks in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
This involves identifying problems, researching alternatives, conducting data analysis, and applying appropriate solutions for asset and configuration management, as well as conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy in assets, configuration items, and contracts.
You will also serve as the liaison for functionality within the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) toolset (ServiceNow) in support of ITSM processes and providing customer service for EBR DC.
This includes assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of ITSM processes; developing and maintaining ServiceNow procedures and full lifecycle documentation; establishing and maintaining peer and vendor relationships; and planning, creating, and presenting training and other presentations.
Our team will also rely on you to stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow and ITIL/ITSM best practices and recommend changes to applications, integrations, and data that will enhance the services we provide.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. This position currently reports to the office on Monday and Tuesday each week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
