The Department of Human Services is seeking a Human Services Analyst to join our staff in the Division of Integrated Care Programs.
In this position you will process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers for those in need of Long-Term Services and Supports who have chosen to enroll in PA's Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) Program.

In this position, you will coordinate and process enrollments, disenrollments, transfers, and Nursing Facility admissions and discharges of LIFE program participants.
Your work will involve maintaining a knowledge of the LIFE program, determining individual participant eligibility, and navigating databases to obtain status and process related actions.
You will work closely with financial representatives to provide leadership through training, technical assistance, guidance and oversight of joint section responsibilities.
Some of your duties will include monitoring all enrollments for trends or issues, identifying improperly submitted disenrollments, and identifying behaviors or trends during state audits.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of regulatory and policy guidance and documents, including policies and procedures for LIFE Program operations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
