Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Classification), US Fleet Forces HR Services Branch, Executive Support Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME.
FOR THE GS-09 LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of federal HR classification philosophy, concepts, principles, methods, practices, programs, techniques, laws, and executive orders for a wide range of professional, scientific, administrative and highly technical positions.
Experience planning and coordinating studies to identify short and long-term position classification and position management needs.
Experience analyzing, evaluating and advising management on the impact of proposed reorganizations and implementation of classification standards representing new work.
Experience developing written reports and/or briefings outlining findings and recommendations.
Experience conducting audits to determine accuracy of documents, resolving areas of inaccuracy and determining title, pay plan, series, grade level, skill codes, and preparing evaluation statements of classification reviews.
