The Staffing & Recruitment team serves as the central clearinghouse for state government.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a customer service background and demonstrated skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
In this role, you will learn to review applications, craft job postings, create HR tools, and support recruitment efforts.

A Typical Week:
Application Review: Review and process applicants using the NEOGOV applicant tracking system.
Craft Job Postings: Partner with agencies to craft job postings that are tailored to meet the recruitment and workflow needs of their agency.
Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for state agencies, respond to questions from job applicants, represent the agency at in-person or virtual recruitment events.
Create HR Tools: Using Excel/Google Sheets, you will work on updating and creating new HR tools to enhance the efficiency of HR processes across state government.
Customer Service: Provide support to applicants and HR staff within state agencies as they navigate the recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university (any major).
OR
Training or experience in customer service, human resources, administrative support, or public administration.
