Plays a key role in supporting OCtech’s mission by keeping the College’s human resources operations running smoothly and consistently. This position coordinates employee benefits, HR systems, personnel actions, time and leave reporting, payroll-related verification, and workforce compliance, partnering closely with employees, supervisors, and campus leaders to ensure HR processes are accurate, equitable, and aligned with federal, state, and system requirements.

Requirements
