This position is hybrid for those residing or relocating to Washington State. While much of the work may be performed remotely, in-person meetings and on-site presence may be necessary depending on operational needs.

Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage the County’s interactive processes for disability accommodation in accordance with the ADA and Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD).
In addition, manage and coordinate with protected leave programs such as Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML), and other protected leaves when applicable.
