This job is for a human resources assistant at a U.S.
Army facility in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where you'll mainly handle recruiting new employees, checking their backgrounds, and supporting the hiring process.

This position is located at Fort Bragg, NC, with the CHRA NAF CYS Service Center (C2SC). Incentives and Bonuses - Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).
Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.
Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment functions, such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility.
2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc. 3.
Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment/placement and background checks capacity.
