This entry-level human resources assistant role supports Army civilian HR operations by handling tasks like processing personnel paperwork, helping with recruitment, and answering employee questions.

This Human Resources (Developmental) Assistant position is located at Joint Base Lewis McCord, Washington. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: NF-02 (Developmental) Possess six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, which demonstrates the ability to accomplish various human resources tasks and utilize human resource information systems.

Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment support, employee relations support or personnel action processing functions.
2. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 3. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
