You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) in the ???????Navy Recruiting Command of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT ATLANTA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing officer applicant records and processing complex actions 2) Ensuring applicants meet all basic eligibility and program authorization requirements in accordance with current regulations, policies, and procedures.
3) Providing assistance to officer applicants regarding forms and documentation 4) Preparing correspondence and reports, and 4) Managing liaison relationships with other offices and commands, both internal and external to the recruiting organization.
