Summary

This job involves supporting military human resources tasks for Navy recruiting in Arizona, such as managing records, entering data, reviewing documents, and preparing reports to help with personnel processing.

Full Job Description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING COMMAND of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT ARIZONA.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records; 2) Entering data into automated database systems; 3) Reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines; 4) Utilizing office automation equipment and software to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence.

  • You will use computer hardware and software to support the operations of the office.
  • You will research information regarding current, applicable rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and requirements to provide explanations of actions taken or recommended.
