This job involves supporting military human resources tasks for Navy recruiting in Arizona, such as managing records, entering data, reviewing documents, and preparing reports to help with personnel processing.
It's a good fit for someone with basic office experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable using computers for administrative work.
Entry-level candidates with one year of relevant experience, including volunteer roles, would be ideal.
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING COMMAND of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT ARIZONA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records; 2) Entering data into automated database systems; 3) Reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines; 4) Utilizing office automation equipment and software to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence.
