Full Job Description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the Navy Recruiting District of NRD CHICAGO.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of s experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using personnel policies, procedures, rules and regulations to maintain personnel records; 2)Ensuring applicants meet basic eligibility requirements for specific programs; 3)Using human resources automated systems to research information in personnel records and databases; and 4) Responding to inquiries regarding human resources issues.
