You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) at Military Entrance Processing Station Columbus, OH for NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT COLUMBUS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing advice and customer service support, distributing and balancing workload and making day-to-day adjustments of assigned workload while monitoring performance and enforcing standards; 2.) Managing the completion of enlistment or accessions and workflow of daily processing of assigned work; while ensuring accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance and timely completion; 3.) Applying, and interpreting military personnel policies, instructions, regulations, procedures, and requirements in resolving unusual or complex processing issues, and 4.) Conducting formal quality assurance or quality checks on applicant/enlistment records, identifying deficiencies or trends, and implementing corrective actions to improve process quality.
