Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the Naval Air Systems Command of FLTREADCEN EAST.
GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel service records; 2) Researching information in records and review HR policies and procedures; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain records and also demonstrate customer service skills and problem solving; 4) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to interact with leadership and personnel at all levels.
GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
