What You Will Be Doing

As one of two Deputy Directors for the Division of Personnel (DOP), this role co-leads division operations and partners closely with the Director to set direction, turn vision into action, and enhance HR service delivery statewide.

The position supports overall management and long-range planning for the division, recommending and developing enterprise level human resource policies.

Working with the Director, you will establish innovative, forward-looking goals and implementation plans designed to position the division for success amid evolving workforce demands and emerging trends in human resources.

DOP addresses a wide range of organizational priorities, and this role is central to advancing initiatives that impact all executive branch agencies.
