Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

As a Human Resource Consultant 1, you will provide essential human resource (HR) services to the Department of Revenue (DOR).
Your role includes managing talent acquisition by guiding hiring managers, posting positions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
You will lead strategic recruitment outreach to build strong candidate networks and attract top talent.
Additionally, you’ll facilitate training sessions on performance evaluations and recruitment while supporting supervisors and employees in setting meaningful goals.
Finally, you will provide HR guidance on policies, best practices, and manage department-wide telework agreements.
