MILITARY GRADES: E5 through E6 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: 01A SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Education: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B.
or J.D., if related OR Experience: At least 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade.
Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S.
Army, or U.S. Air Force.
Knowledge of, and skill in applying fundamental HR management methods, principles and practices and standardized analytical, and evaluative methods and techniques to advise on and or resolve moderately complex, non-controversial and/or recurring recruitment and placement, voluntary and involuntary separation actions and Army AGR retirement actions, AFSC/MOS requirements, AGR Programs and policies issues and problems for which there are one or more readily apparent solutions; to advise, assist managers and employees; to apply rules and regulations; and to research and analyze policy regarding a variety of HR issues.
Must demonstrate the specialized experience competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviors) in the assessment PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS THE FOLLOWING HAS CHANGED Indiana National Guard (INNG) Federal Technicians will wait 36 months after being selected for a new position before applying for another position within the INNG.
