Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing family housing programs for military personnel and civilians on a naval base in Guam, including conducting inspections, overseeing referrals, and handling contracts with property managers.

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of US NAVAL BASE GUAM. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 11.88% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating the execution of family housing programs; monitoring the management and utilization of housing assets and resolving a variety of housing problems and concerns.
