Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. You will serve as a Housing Manager in the U.S. Naval Air Station of NAS SIGONELLA.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manage operations for facility, maintenance and repair of housing assets and equipment; 2) Interpret applicable laws, ordinances, and codes governing the construction, leasing, location, operation, and utilization of housing projects or facilities to develop related plans, directives, and other administrative guides; 3) Develop long-range plans (e.g., construction, renovation) for housing assets and facilities; and 4) Analyze facility projects and project modifications to find real cost savings for the various bachelor housing projects..

  • You will develop housing management plans, directives, or policies for effective operation and utilization of housing facilities
  • You will schedule and coordinate maintenance, repair and other work required of housing facilities to accomplish needed improvements and correct discrepancies
  • You will manage housing budgets to relay funding needs for maintenance costs (e.g., utilities, sustainment, repair, base operation support, landscaping, common area cleaning)
  • You will determine facility requirements to manage resources used in support of housing facilities and infrastructure (e.g., personnel, facilities, funds, materials)
