Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manage operations for facility, maintenance and repair of housing assets and equipment; 2) Interpret applicable laws, ordinances, and codes governing the construction, leasing, location, operation, and utilization of housing projects or facilities to develop related plans, directives, and other administrative guides; 3) Develop long-range plans (e.g., construction, renovation) for housing assets and facilities; and 4) Analyze facility projects and project modifications to find real cost savings for the various bachelor housing projects..
