This position is within the House Security Division (HSD), Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), U.S. House of Representatives.
HSD serves as a centralized office to process security clearances, background investigations, and classified document control.
HSD also manages the multiple secure facilities to serve Members, Committees, and Leadership.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: The incumbent must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of office experience.
The incumbent must be able to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance along with SCI access.

Answer telephones and routes calls to appropriate persons. Performs various administrative assignments. Greets and assists incoming visitors.
Requests and records clearance verification information for incoming visitors. Schedules briefings, meetings, and verify clearances of attendees and briefers.
Provide an access list, verify identities, and control classified information created or provided for the briefings. Maintains office files, accounts, and supplies. Sets up rooms for briefings.
