Job Description
Summary
This part-time, on-call job involves helping with parking at events in Las Vegas, such as concerts and sports games, by managing payments with a handheld device, directing traffic, and providing great customer service in outdoor settings.
It's perfect for outgoing, reliable people who enjoy interacting with the public and can handle flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in various weather conditions.
No prior experience is strictly needed since training is provided, but familiarity with handling cash is a bonus.
Key Requirements

- Flexible schedule for varied shifts, typically 5.5-10 hours on Thursdays through Sundays, afternoons and evenings

Event Staffing, City of Las Vegas Parking Services (Part Time/On Call)Career Opportunity
The City of Las Vegas is seeking qualified customer service oriented staff to work with our events parking section. This position requires interaction with customers and the use of a portable/handheld POS (Point of Sales) system. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be reliable and have a flexible work schedule, prior money handling is a plus.
This is an outside job for the majority of time, the ability to work in all types of environments and inclement weather is preferred.
Examples of events: Smith Center event parking, First Friday event parking, Cashman Soccer games and downtown concert event parking.
Training will be provided.
Requirements
