This hourly role involves working as an advisor in a city youth program, helping middle and high school students with college prep, job skills, leadership training, and daily activities like events and record-keeping.
It's a supportive position under general supervision, focused on mentoring teens and building their future success.
Ideal candidates are adults passionate about youth development, with hands-on experience guiding young people in education or careers.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum 21 years of age.Two years of experience working with teens or adults in career development, leadership, life skills and/or education.
Course level work in education or community outreach or a related field of study may substitute for the experience.Experience in career development is desirable.Preferably employed in a CCSD High School associated with Batteries Included desired.Possess a valid Driver's License at the time of application and maintain thereafter.
