Full Job Description
Under specific direction, supervises a group of employees engaged in street cleaning, minor repairs of streets, catch basin cleaning, snow plowing and removal; and does related work as required.Requirements
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor (Highway Maintenance) directs a group of employees in the following work: Minor repair of streets. Catch basin cleaning, by hand or machine.
Street cleaning, by hand or machine. All work relative to snow plowing and removal. Checks to see that all safety measures are used to protect the public and employees such as barriers, lights, etc.
Maintains record of time expended and work performed by employees under his supervision. Must hold a Massachusetts driver’s license and be physically able to drive.
Qualifications
