Grants Coordinator I
The Department of Administration's Office of Executive Policy & Programs is seeking a Grants Coordinator I to join the team.
We are in growth mode, and it is an exciting time to be a part of South Carolina state government.
In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring that organizations receiving federal grants (Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)) adhere to all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on grant recipients' compliance with federal and state grant terms and conditions.
Responsibilities of the Grants Coordinator I:
Evaluate subgrantee project performance and compliance with agency initiatives monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Identify patterns or trends in sub recipient reporting, expenditures, initiatives, and non-compliance and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Assess the risk level associated with each assigned grant recipient and make recommendations to supervisor accordingly.
