Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related in grant writing, grant administration, contract management, and scope of work development.
OR
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in grant writing, grant administration, contract management, and scope of work development.
to six (6) years, Examples are a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Environmental Health, or closely related field and two (2) years of relevant experience in an occupation related in grant writing, grant administration, contract management, and scope of work development.
A pre-employment background check
This position will have hybrid workplace options available but will still be required to report to the listed address at least two (2) days per week or based on business need. The position will be expected to work on site, when needed, at 4300 S Cherry Creek Dr Glendale, CO 80246.
Office hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Extended hours during the evening or the weekend MAY be required by business needs.
Up to 5% travel required within the State of Colorado.
Relevant years of regulatory experience contribute to a candidates position-related knowledge, skill, ability, behavior or other posted competency should be considered as a preferred qualification and given weight under the process.
Experience in the administration of local or state compliance programs;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze facts, data and evidence to arrive at a logical conclusion.
Ability to observe, electronically record, and interpret information.
Advanced Interpersonal and conflict management skills e.g. displays understanding, courtesy, tact, empathy and concern.
Develops and maintains effective relationships, deals skillfully with people who are difficult, hostile or distressed, effectively manages and resolves conflicts, confrontations and disagreements in a positive and constructive way. Computer literate.
Ability to use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate errors and support decision making.
