About this Position:The Producer Services Division works to support private landowners through tax incentive programs, food and grain inspections and grading, and migrant labor housing inspection. This position works with the Private Lands Forestry Programs and the Farmland and Open Spaces Program and is responsible for providing administrative support for each program. This position assists in processing and tracking requests for applicants in each program and is required to follow established standard operating procedures to meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards for assigned work.
This position provides general assistance to the Producer Services Division, including assisting with mail distribution and other Divisional tasks supporting the efficient operations of the Producer Services Division.

Requirements
EducationEducational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
ExperienceGeneral Office Assistant 5No specific type or amount of experience is required.
General Office Assistant 6One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
