Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves investigating complaints about fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement within the Marine Corps, focusing on non-criminal administrative cases to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

You will serve as a INVESTIGATOR in the Inspector General of the Marine Corps of DNIGMC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: investigating and evaluating complaints from any sources regarding fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or congressional and special interest cases; analyzing allegations of noncompliance of laws, procurement irregularities, management abuses and conflicts of interest; AND conducting investigations in order to provide recommendations to senior level officials.
