Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an expert engineer for the Navy, advising on complex technical issues to ensure engineering projects for warfare systems are successful from start to finish.
You'll help plan projects, analyze problems, and review systems to meet requirements.

You will serve as a General Engineer in the Integrated Warfare System (IWS) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing authoritative input and advice on complex engineering and technical issues to ensure engineering requirements are met, developing project-planning objectives for engineering development of current and long range programs, performing or directing technical analyses required during the development phase, or organizing and performing technical reviews to ensure adequate resources for assigned systems.
