Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading and managing testing programs for advanced naval combat and defense systems on ships, ensuring everything works correctly during shipyard tests and sea trials.
A good fit would be someone with experience in technical project management in defense or engineering, who enjoys coordinating teams and solving complex integration issues in a structured government environment.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical direction or guidance in the resolution of AEGIS Combat Systems (ACS) or Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS) testing to ensure effective execution of test program.
