Full Job Description
You will serve as a FUELS SPECIALIST of NAS CORPUS CHRISTI.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Utilizing maintenance tracking systems to develop periodic asset management schedules and annual maintenance cycle plans; 2) Interpreting petroleum operations management reports to determine the impact of maintenance and loss of components on operability; 3) Overseeing the operation and maintenance of fuel facilities to ensure quality control and safe handling of bulk petroleum fuels.

- You will serve as administrator of DoD Fuel Service contracts answerable to the DLA Energy, Contracting Officer.
- You will prepare annual budget request for CNIC operations
- You will initiate or participate in a continuous process improvement initiatives and process mapping efforts.
- You will advise and provide direction on problems involving the work efforts which affect mission accomplishment, coordinating both internal and external procedures and operations.
- You will analyze incoming correspondence, directives, and messages by researching, validating, preparing, answering data calls and replying with outgoing correspondence and reports.
- You will evaluate contractor's day-to-day compliance with all contract provisions and monitors the performance of contract personnel.
- You will submit monthly reports to DLA Energy, contracting Officer concerning compliance with the fuel service contract PWS
