This job is for a front desk coordinator in the Colorado Attorney General's office, where you'll greet visitors, handle phone calls, and manage incoming mail and deliveries as the first point of contact for staff and the public.
It's a temporary role lasting until around August 2026, based in Denver, and involves supporting the office's daily operations in a professional government setting.
A good fit would be someone organized, friendly, and comfortable with administrative tasks who enjoys interacting with people and working in a public service environment.

This is a term-limited position that is expected to last until August 2026 but may be adjusted based on the business needs of the office.
This Front Desk Coordinator (Administrative Assistant II) will mainly provide front desk office support at the Wells Fargo Building -- located at 1700 Lincoln St, Denver -- also referred to as DOL North.
This person will also be responsible for managing mail received via United States Postal Service (USPS), delivery services, and e-filing. Specific responsibilities include:
Document Receiving, Sorting and Distribution
Sort and distribute USPS mail and e-filings daily to appropriate sections
Oversee mail and e-filing processes
Accept and route Service of Process, deliveries and packages for the Department
Log in service of process and other documents
Miscellaneous Office Duties
Support operational functions by assisting with unit and administrative tasks (e.g. make photocopies and produce written documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and other related materials as requested)
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in administrative assistant or clerical support in a professional office setting as the main function of your job totaling two years.Education may only substitute for one year.
Qualified applicants must have at least one year of administrative assistant/office clerical support experience.
