MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:
Two (2) years of full time library experience.
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related library education and/or library experience equal to two (2) years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSIf you have experience with any of the preferred qualifications below, please explain in detail within your application materials
Work experience in an academic library
Working knowledge of the Library of Congress call number system
Circulation desk experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with interlibrary loan and Prospector reciprocal borrowing
Supervisory experience
Active listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Flexibility & adaptability to meet scheduling demands and library hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Accurate data entry and database skills (please list in detail on your application the types of data entry you have performed and list the library databases utilized)
