The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Food Service Worker to join our dedicated dietary services team at the Southwestern Veterans’ Center.

Food Service Workers play an important role in supporting meal preparation while ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.
Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, work surfaces, and other food service items.
You will also assist with assembling meal trays, measuring and portioning food accurately, serving meals, and delivering trays and nourishment to designated areas.
Additionally, this position involves safely operating a variety of kitchen equipment, including mixers, dicers, slicers, knives, and grinders, to support efficient kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food service standards.
