Full Job Description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commander Joint Region Marianas of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS.

A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 11.88% will be added to the stated salary.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing and/or advising on accounting, budget, and other related financial management work and identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems.

  • You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
  • You will perform the functions of formulation of budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates.
  • You will review and evaluate budget request, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
  • You will develop, determine, and interpret of budget policies and practices.
  • You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
